Including screenshots or photographs of you issue and/or any error messages you receive is very helpful to us when troubleshooting for you.
Please ensure that screenshots you take include your entire computer screen, not just a small section of the screen.
How you take screenshots varies depending on what device you're using (eg. a Windows PC differs from an iPhone). We've included links below for screenshotting on most common devices and operating systems.
