Top tips for using AI tools effectively

  • Do you need AI?: consider the environmental impact related to GenAI and whether the specific AI tool is needed and appropriate for your intended use case.
  • A starting point: output as ideas generation or a quick start for your own content development rather than a finished product.
  • Effective input: specific prompts and input content can help generate appropriate output. See our tool guides for situation-specific tips or the Skills Guides for general tips on writing good prompts.
  • Check everything: make sure that output is accurate and appropriate for your intended use and adapt as needed.
